Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Went in about a bouquet for my wedding. Waited over a week for a call back, ended up calling them & finding she didn't even listen to what I wanted & got a quote for the wrong flowers. I decided to go elsewhere but my aunt still wanted to use them for the smaller things. She went in once during homecoming week and was turned away because they were busy (understandable) she went back the next week as suggested & they turned her away AGAIN because they had someone coming in today for a wedding. Didn't even let her tell them what she needed which is barely anything at all! They really need to work on customer service! Kemp will be getting our business now.
