My mother used Groom & Son's to install flooring. Few weeks later had local contractor come and level up mobile home. While up under home, contractor discovered several spots where floor completely rotted away and in need of replacement. So Grooms people came out and knowingly layed flooring on rotted out floor. Grooms knowingly preys on older women who don't know any better. You should be able to expect more from a small town business. Will be using Lowe's for all future business. May pay a little more, but well worth it knowing you will at least get quality craftsmanship.

I never have trouble finding anyone to help or answer questions when I go to Groom & Son. I recently needed help in fixing my granite. Carson went above and beyond to help me out. It is customer service like he gives that keeps me and my husband coming back to Groom & Son. Carson is truly an asset.
