Very bad experience. The air was broken in the lobby, and hallways, the elevator was not working so had to climb stairs in the heat, the roof was caving in at entrance of hotel so could not drive up to drop stuff off because it was blocked off. There was a bug in the bed and later found out that the staff does not clean bed comforters by a formal employee. (Wish I would have known that before booking two rooms) there was no toilet paper in either bathroom out of the two rooms probably because even the staff does not want to climb those hot stairs. I went to counter to get toilet paper and only handed two rolls for 6 girls in each room that didn't last long so we had to go buy toilet paper on our own. No tissues in the bathrooms, no liner in showers, so the floors stay soaked I almost slipped several times because I'm nine months pregnant and can't see the floor. They were limited on towels so we could not even clean up the water after shower. No wonder the roof is caving in that place. The hotel is very run downed especially since it's fairly new. My family and I booked this hotel because there was no Marriotts in the area but I should have just went to a Marriott cause this was a bad experience. Even though I booked the room in advance and even told them that I had 6 people on each room they still did not leave comforter for pull out bed or any sheets or pillows. Please keep in mind I had to climb those stairs in the heat being 9 months pregnant every time I had to go get something from front desk because apparently booking a hotel and paying for the room is not good enough to get what comes with the room you booked.
Great staff, clean room, hotel is in need on repair. A/C does not work in 3rd floor hall. Main entrance is closed to drive through traffic, the roof has caved in and inside is exposed. Smells like mold at the entrance. Looks like it has been this way for a while. They seem to be compensating with the price. Staff is fantastic, breakfast was great.
I WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO SAY THANKS YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. AWESOME SERVICE. VERY VERY NICE HARD WORKING PEOPLE HERE. I WOULD BE GLAD TO STAY HERE AGAIN. GREAT PRICES, STAFF IS AMAZING,MAID SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT . THANK YOU FOR BEGIN AMAZING WITH MY DAUGHTER & I..ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN..GOD BLESS YOU ALL. Clean room. Reasonable rates. Easy access to highway. Bed is a little softer than I like. Otherwise very nice place.
