I will not go back to that place until it's under new owners or it shuts down and turns into something else

CROOK!! This woman is a thief, does not honor her product. I have a business myself and would never treat an individual the way she treated me. Buyer beware... bought a NEW phone, and went back In less than 24 hours to tell her something was wrong with it, she wouldn't honor it, she highjacked my phone number and stole my first months service.... CROOK
Love this store and the people that work here. Not any other store. They try to help you no matter what your issue is.
Very very unprofessional. Both of the ladies who work there seem as though they dislike whenever a customer walks through the door. They acted annoyed by the questions I was asking. If more than one customer is in there at a time they become so overwhelmed that they can't handle a business. Definitely trying the Athens location instead. Also, this location is very messy & not well taken care of.
Owner/ manager is very rude and snotty toward the customers.. she acts as if your a burden to her by coming in to the store.. she's never wants to help me.. told me I was paying for ins and I actually wasn't she made me pay 6 bucks extra for about 5 months and I new no different until I claimed I had in to the boost in Athens and he said no ma'am sorry you dont so wonder where my money went..
